This site provides access to criminal, traffic, forfeiture, family and civil case information and judgments in circuit courts for most (but not all) Wisconsin counties.
Wisconsin Criminal History Record Check
Wisconsin's Crime Information Bureau manages and disseminates information from the state's Criminal History Repository. The repository contains arrest and conviction information dating back to 1971. The public may access the online system and conduct searches for a small fee per individual investigated. The system requires a name and date of birth. While not foolproof (The individual could have a criminal record in another state.), this is an excellent way to find out whether someone has a criminal history in Wisconsin.
